Namoi Cotton Limited Chairman, Mr Stuart Boydell today announced Ms Juanita Hamparsum, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director by the Namoi Cotton Board to fill a casual director vacancy (casual Grower Director position).

Mr Boydell said, "Ms Hamparsum is a cotton and grains producer on the Liverpool Plains, NSW and a Chartered Accountant.  Juanita has 22 years experience in agriculture, accounting and finance. She has been involved in policy development and advocacy for water and natural resource management. Juanita is currently Chair of the Great Artesian Basin Coordinating Committee, Director and Chair of Board Audit Committee of Cotton Seed Distributors Limited and Director of CSD Holding Pty Ltd."

Mr Boydell added, "Ms Hamparsum's appointment is effective immediately and along with my fellow Directors, I welcome Juanita to the Board and look forward to working with her."
