James Jackson Appointed to Namoi Cotton Limited Board
Namoi Cotton Limited Chairman, Mr Stuart Boydell today announced Mr James Jackson, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director by the Namoi Cotton Board to fill a casual director vacancy.
Mr Boydell said, "Mr Jackson has more than 25 years experience in capital markets and agribusiness, both in Australia and overseas. He held a Senior Vice President role with investment bank SG Warburg (now part of UBS) in New York and was a director of MSF Sugar Limited from 2004 to 2012, including Chairman from 2008. He also served as Deputy Chairman of Elders Limited from 2014 to 2017, and is currently Chairman of Australian Rural Capital Limited."
Mr Boydell added, "Mr Jackson's appointment is effective immediately and along with my fellow Directors, I welcome James to the Board and look forward to working with him."
