We are looking for self starting change agents who have a passion for getting things done and who want to be part of shaping the HR function in a business in the midst of large organisational change.
- As a member of the P&C team, support the implementation of the P&C business plan, including involvement in designing and implementing HR business solutions to support the achievement of this plan.
- Build strong and trusted working relationships with key stakeholders of Namoi and within the P&C team.
- Ensure clear communications, with timely updates with key stakeholders, P&C team peers and wider team.
- Responsible for researching, designing and implementing policies that align to Namoi’s vision for creating a great place to work and supporting our ability to attract and retain great talent
- Advise management, supervisors and employees on policy, employment contracts, employee relations and remuneration and benefit activities, to ensure awareness, and compliance with Namoi Cotton policies and guidelines.
