How does our employee referral program work?
Our referral program is designed to reward you for referring great people to join our team. For every person you refer, who is hired and successfully completes their probation period, you’ll earn a referral bonus of $500.
All you have to do is refer someone for a role and let the hiring team know who you have referred.
The referral program only applies to referred new employees (permanent or on a contract for 12 months or longer), not for seasonal or casual employees.
